Description
The Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) is seeking a cloud-based SaaS solution to replace its current educator licensing system. The new system should increase agency efficiency, reduce data errors, and enhance customer service. The scope of work includes implementation, licensing, hosting, maintenance, and support. Proposers should have experience in similar software development and implementation projects.
• The proposed solution should meet the business requirements outlined in Attachment F.
• The solution should be a comprehensive, integrated, and flexible system accessible from anywhere.
• The proposer should have experience in software development, configuration, and integration.
• The proposal should include a detailed description of the technical stack and reference architecture.
• The proposer should have a plan for data migration, security, training, and help desk requirements.
