TTS Magazine Subscription Pilot (Intent to Sole Source)

The Library of Congress National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS) is seeking a contractor to provide text-to-speech (TTS) magazine subscription services. The contractor will be required to provide access to their catalog of magazines, convert them into accessible formats, and deliver them to the NLS. The contractor will also be responsible for providing a project manager, managing production activities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The NLS is looking for a contractor that can meet all the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Some key points to consider: • The contractor must provide access to their catalog of magazines without restriction. • The contractor must convert the magazines into accessible formats for inclusion in the NLS's collection. • The contractor must deliver the magazines to the NLS within 14 business days of selection. • The contractor must provide a project manager with at least 3 years of relevant experience. • The contractor must ensure timely delivery of materials and report any production delays to the designated COR.
