Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting quotations from qualified small businesses to perform fuel oil tank cleaning and inspection aboard USCGC BEAR (WMEC‑901) during a four‑day period in September 2026. The work includes removal of up to 600 gal of fuel, interior cleaning of two diesel storage tanks (≈3,955 gal each), documentation of chain‑of‑custody, disposal of residues per regulations, and post‑cleaning verification with Coast Guard personnel. The contract will be awarded on a firm‑fixed‑price, all‑or‑none basis and must be submitted electronically by the closing date. Access to certain technical drawings is restricted to vendors with an active Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification.
