Tree Cutting & Vegetation Clearance

The Regional Transit Authority of New Orleans is seeking a qualified small‑business contractor to perform tree trimming and vegetation removal along designated sections of the St. Charles Streetcar Line. The work must create a 4‑5 ft clearance from all power and catenary lines, include traffic‑control and safety measures, obtain required city permits, and dispose of all debris. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year agreement with a performance window of 60 calendar days after award. Attendance at a mandatory site‑visit on March 9 2026 is required for eligibility, and only firms that attended the prior RFP 2025‑044 site visit are exempt.
