Description
The City of Laguna Hills is seeking a contractor to provide termite fumigation and maintenance services at the Laguna Hills Civic Center. The contractor will be required to provide exclusive professional services to fulfill the city's needs. The services include termite fumigation, maintenance, and repair or replacement of damaged roof tiles. The city will inform all tenants of the requirement to remove food items, consumables, and medications prior to fumigation. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the local utility provider for gas shutoff and restoration services. The city will make its best effort to require tenants to comply with requests for access to restricted areas. The fumigation is scheduled to take place between July 31, 2026 and August 7, 2026.
• The contractor must submit a written proposal in accordance with the requirements, specifications, conditions, and provisions described in the attached RFP.
• The contractor must provide on-site services and coordinate with the city and tenants as necessary.
• The contractor must have experience in termite fumigation and maintenance services.
• The city will evaluate proposals based on factors such as price, experience, and qualifications.
