Notice of Intent - Service Maintenance for Endoscopes

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Shiprock Service Unit is issuing a Notice of Intent to restrict competition for service and preventative maintenance on existing Olympus endoscopes. The projected period of performance is approximately 5 years, with a base period from 05/01/2026 to 04/31/2027 and option periods for up to 4 additional years. The applicable NAICS code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. • The service and maintenance must be performed by factory-trained technicians using genuine OEM parts. • Unauthorized third-party servicing with non-OEM components can compromise device functionality and safety. • Responses to this notice shall be submitted via email to [email protected] by 1/22/2026. • A determination by the Government on whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
