A&E FLETC Design update

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District, is issuing a sole source solicitation for A&E services to update the design of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) and Border Patrol Trade & Cargo Academy building, as well as the Cargo Security & Seized Property Training Facility building. The scope of this requirement includes updating the currently completed design to comply with current codes and regulations, recertifying the Biddability, Constructability, Operability, Environmental, and Sustainability (BCOES) Reviews, and providing technical expertise for construction phase services. The base period of performance is 6 months, with an option period of 18 months. • The design and engineering work for FLETC Charleston Trade and Cargo Academy and the Seized Property Training Facility was previously completed under task order 70LCHS18FPFB00137. • The updated design must incorporate changes in applicable codes and regulations. • The updated design must be signed and sealed. • The Biddability, Constructability, Operability, Environmental, and Sustainability Review and Certification must be performed for the updated design.
