ENTREPRENEUR & BUSINESS EXPANSION SUPPORT SERVICES

The County of Ulster is seeking a vendor to develop and implement a program to attract and support new entrepreneurial ventures and current entrepreneurial/business expansion in Ulster County. The program should include services such as fielding needs and requests from entrepreneurs, convening the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem, delivering mentorship services, and developing an annual communications strategy. The vendor should have experience in similar projects and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with other service and system providers. Some key features of the program include: • Acting as an entry point for requests and needs of the entrepreneurship community • Screening and directing entrepreneurs to the proper assistance • Offering mentorship, connection, and education to entrepreneurs • Assessing incoming entrepreneurs and directing them to a contact that addresses their needs • Convening the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem on a quarterly basis through events • Delivering mentorship services to Ulster County entrepreneurs • Developing and implementing an annual communications strategy to attract and engage entrepreneurs and investors
