Janitorial Services for Jefferson State Office Building

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Jefferson State Office Building. The contract period is for one year, and the vendor must provide services for the total cleanable square feet of the building. The vendor must also provide a quality assurance plan and meet minimum experience requirements. The scope of work includes daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks, and the vendor must perform the tasks at the frequencies directed by the state agency. • The vendor must provide two Day Porter/Matrons to perform uninterrupted janitorial services during the hours specified. • The vendor must provide a Working Supervisor/Contractor Contact Person to oversee janitorial services. • The vendor must provide a floor care specialist to perform floor care requirements. • The vendor must furnish and maintain all equipment necessary to provide the services required. • The vendor must supply vacuum cleaners that meet the Carpet and Rug Institute's "Green Label" Vacuum Cleaner Criteria.
