Description
The Caledonia Community Schools is seeking bids for the replacement of the HVAC boiler system at Paris Ridge Elementary School. The project includes the removal and replacement of the existing boilers, installation of new boilers, PVC venting, condensate neutralizer and drain piping, required re-piping, and other related work. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project. The project must be completed by October 1, 2026.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Removal and replacement of the existing HTP Boilers
• Installation of two new boilers, Lochinvar FTX850N or Aerco equivalent
• PVC venting to the outside
• Condensate neutralizer and drain piping
• Required re-piping
• Start-up and rule 27 / CSD-1
• Required electrical work to meet code
• Required control work
• Testing, balancing, and commissioning of the installation and system
