Description
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking bids for a Twilio subscription for a 12-month duration. The scope of work includes providing Twilio services such as US and Canada local phone numbers, US local incoming minutes, programmable outbound minutes, and production support. The contractor must be authorized to resell Twilio services and provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor must agree to the terms and conditions of the IFB, including the federal funding terms and conditions.
• The contractor must provide Twilio services for a 12-month period starting January 23, 2026, through January 22, 2027.
• The contractor must provide a bid price form with all price information.
• The contractor must submit a bid, including all required attachments, via eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA).
• The contractor must comply with all federal funding terms and conditions, including those related to lobbying and discrimination.
