The University of Texas at Tyler is issuing an RFQ to establish multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for on‑call architectural and engineering professional services. Qualified A/E firms will submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) by October 28, 2026. Selected firms may be awarded task orders for a wide variety of renovation, repair, and minor new‑construction projects across the university’s campuses, covering disciplines such as architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, landscape, and specialty engineering. No guaranteed volume; work will be assigned on an as‑needed basis through individual task orders. A pre‑submittal conference is scheduled for October 8, 2026 (optional). Respondents must provide a VetHUB subcontracting plan for contracts ≥ $100 k and comply with Texas state registration, franchise‑tax certification, and workers‑comp insurance requirements.
