The U.S. Department of State intends to award a sole source purchase order for Bulk Water Delivery Services for the U.S. Embassy Harare residences in Zimbabwe. The requirement is under NAICS code 221310 and will be awarded to Mayfort Milling t/a Orca Water, as they are considered the only responsible source. Although this is not a request for proposal, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration. The scope of work includes providing bulk water to the U.S. Embassy residences in Harare, Zimbabwe.
