Description
The State of Missouri is seeking qualified vendors to provide county financial audit services. The goal of this RFP is to establish a robust list of qualified vendors that can provide financial statement and single audit services to meet the needs of the State of Missouri. The contractor will be required to provide services for one or all of the following categories: One Year Audit Services and Two Year Audit Services. The contract period will be from the effective date of the contract through October 22, 2026.
• The contractor must have experience performing financial statement and single audits for governmental entities and must have at least three years of experience in each proposed category of service.
• The contractor and the contractor's Certified Public Accountant(s) must currently be licensed by the Missouri State Board of Accountancy.
• The contractor must disclose any pending disciplinary action against the contractor or the contractor's CPA(s) and shall have a continuing duty of disclosure throughout the procurement process.
• The contractor must currently be a participant in an external quality/peer review program in accordance with Government Auditing Standards.
The evaluation criteria will include the contractor's experience, qualifications, and pricing. The state agency will evaluate the proposals based on a 200-point evaluation scale.
