Taylor & Francis eBook collections

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division is seeking to procure Taylor & Francis eBook collections, including CHEMICALENGINEERINGnetBASE 2025, MATERIALSnetBASE 2025, and WATERnetBASE 2025. The collections will provide perpetual access to the eBooks on the Taylor & Francis eBook platform. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and provide proof of authorized distribution and supply chain. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. • The contractor must provide a separate quote/product list that can be evaluated. • The contractor must provide proof of authorization of distribution/resale. • The contractor must answer vendor questions, including CAGE code, SAM UEI, and GSA contract number and expiration date. • The contractor must provide payment terms, company address, and country where items are made. • The contractor must provide estimated delivery date and warranty information.
