The City of Atlanta's Department of Watershed Management is seeking a contractor to provide on-call commercial diving services for emergency response, infrastructure inspections, maintenance, repairs, confined-space diving, and deep tunnel operations across the City's wastewater and drinking water systems. The contractor must be able to respond to submerged hazards, equipment failures, contamination events, and regulatory compliance requirements. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, and the contractor must be able to maintain continuous operational readiness.
