Description
The project entails the complete replacement of Bridge No. 4 on C.H. 127 (Hartman Road) in Wadsworth Township, Medina County, Ohio. The existing three‑sided concrete box culvert will be removed and a new 10 ft × 5 ft four‑sided concrete box culvert installed, along with associated earthwork, drainage, asphalt paving, guardrails, and site restoration. The work must comply with Ohio Department of Transportation specifications, prevailing‑wage rules, and county requirements, with a maximum road‑closure period of 60 calendar days and a target completion date of November 1 2026.
• Removal of existing culvert, guardrail, water main, and bituminous pavement.
• Installation of new concrete box culvert, premium bedding, backfill, headwalls, wingwalls, and associated drainage structures.
• Complete site grading, seeding, erosion control, asphalt pavement, and guardrail installation, adhering to traffic‑control and safety standards.
