Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a sole source contract to Echoview Software PTY LTD for the provision of Echoview software maintenance and technical support. The contract is for a period of up to 5 years and is valued at an estimated amount. The Echoview software is used by the Midwater Assessment and Conservation Engineering (MACE) group for fisheries stock assessment work. The software provides bug fixes, enhancements, and technical support for the mission-critical Echoview software application.
• The contract is for the maintenance and technical support of Echoview software licenses AFSC-1, AFSC-2, AFSC-3, AFSC-3A, AFSC-4, AFSC-9, and EV0245.
• The Echoview software is used for post-processing hydroacoustic data in fisheries research and management.
• The software is essential for researching new technologies and analytical methods aimed at improving survey accuracy and efficiency.
• The contract will be awarded on a firm fixed price basis.
• Firms that believe they can fully meet the Government's requirements may submit substantiating documentation in writing by July 1, 2026, at 5pm Eastern Time.
