Description
Atlantic County is seeking a qualified, New Jersey‑registered dietitian to provide comprehensive nutrition consulting services for its Meadowview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and its Senior Services program. The contractor will perform resident weight monitoring, menu review, nutritional assessments, QAPI reporting, and senior‑focused education and counseling, with regular reporting frequencies and compliance requirements.
• Weekly resident weight checks and monthly variance reports for the nursing facility.
• Bi‑monthly kitchen sanitation walk‑throughs, quarterly supplement/snack audits, and an annual diet‑manual review.
• Development and delivery of nutrition education at ten congregate senior sites and home‑bound counseling, plus twice‑yearly menu certification.
• All services must be performed by a licensed NJ dietitian, adhere to NJ statutes, and be supported by required insurance and documentation.
