Onsite Testing and Repair of Large Water Meters

The City of Phoenix is seeking a contractor to provide onsite testing and repair of large water meters for a five-year contract. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, replacing, and maintaining large water meters and associated components in sizes 3 inches and larger. The contractor will also be required to provide preventative maintenance, retrofitting, and testing services. The City anticipates that the contractor will perform work on an as-needed basis or as requested by the City. • The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must provide a detailed narrative response to each question in the proposal. • The contractor must provide a sample Meter Testing Report demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements outlined in the Scope of Work. • The contractor must describe their system for storing meter test results, including how data is managed and maintained. • The contractor must provide a list of personnel proposed for this requirement, including their experience, training, and certifications.
