Description
The USDA Forest Service is seeking to purchase three new model year snowmobiles, brand name or equal to the Ski Doo Tundra LE 600 EFI with 154" track. The snowmobiles will be used for the Ottawa National Forest. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government. The technical approach will be evaluated to determine an overall rating of "acceptable" or "unacceptable". The price will be evaluated to determine if it is fair and reasonable.
• The snowmobiles must meet or exceed all salient characteristics specified in the solicitation.
• The snowmobiles must be clearly identified by brand name, make, and model number.
• The offeror must include sufficient descriptive literature or documentation to demonstrate how the proposed product meets or exceeds the required salient characteristics.
• The snowmobiles must be available for delivery within the timeframe specified in the solicitation.
