Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $1,500,000

Based on typical industry costs for ductile‑iron waterline installation (approximately $120‑$180 per linear foot) plus fire hydrant installation ($5,000‑$7,000 each), the total contract value is estimated between $1.0 million and $1.5 million. The range accounts for variations in site conditions, mobilization, testing, and contingency allowances.
