Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide elevator service and maintenance at the DSCC facility in Columbus, Ohio. The contract will include a base year and one 12-month option year. The contractor will be responsible for providing performance-based elevator and wheelchair lift maintenance and service to ensure safety and maintain the building assets. The contractor must submit a technical approach, pricing, and other documents as part of their proposal.
• The contractor must have experience in providing services for contracts of similar size and scope.
• The contractor must provide a management plan, technical qualifications of proposed staffing, and pricing information.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a certified cost or pricing data, if required.
