Description
The project consists of the construction of a 0.4 million gallon glass-fused-to-steel water storage tank with a cast-in-place concrete foundation and associated yard piping and site work. The project is funded through the Vermont Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and is subject to various provisions, including bid security, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements, and performance and payment bonds.
• The project requires a pre-bid conference, which will be held on April 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• The bid documents can be obtained from the Issuing Office, Copy World LLC, at a cost of $100 per set.
• The project is subject to federal wage rates and the Build America, Buy America Act.
