Description
The City of Winston-Salem is seeking bids for the Winston Lake Golf Course Greens Replacement Rebid project. The project includes removal and replacement of the putting surface for #13 green and the green complexes for holes #16 & 17. Bidders must be properly licensed and meet the M/WBE subcontracting goals of 6% MBE and 4% WBE.
* The project requires bidders to submit a single PDF file of their bid.
* A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held to summarize the scope of work and allow bidders to conduct due diligence.
