Description
The United States Marshals Service (USMS) Justice Prisoner and Air Transportation System (JPATS) is seeking IT support services for its management information system, movement packet, and other applications. The services required include sustainment, operation, and maintenance, as well as lifecycle technical support for various applications, including JMIS, MPAC, and OAS. The contractor will also be responsible for providing training and support for users, developing new information technology solutions, and supporting internal data exchanges. The period of performance is anticipated to be from October 1, 2026, to April 30, 2034.
Key characteristics of the required services include:
• Sustainment, O&M, and lifecycle technical support for applications
• Major and minor application enhancements, research, analysis, and development of new information technology solutions
• Support for internal data exchanges and interconnection operations with cross-agency systems and users
• Critical services, including notification of potential improvements or risks and recommendation of solutions
