structure demo and pad rebuild

The Texas Juvenile Justice Department is seeking bids for the demolition of an existing office building and the rebuild of a pad for a new modular building. The project includes demoing a building approximately 24x75, clearing and cleaning the site, and constructing a new building pad consisting of select fill and 3/4 base. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. • The project is located at the Gainesville State Juvenile Correctional Facility. • The bidder must comply with all rules, regulations, and statutes relating to purchasing in the State of Texas. • The bidder must provide a price for the entire project, including all labor, materials, and equipment. • The bidder must comply with all safety standards and regulations, including OSHA. • The bidder must provide proof of insurance and bonding.
