Description
The Jacksonville Port Authority (JPA) seeks a qualified, licensed firm to act as the Benefits Agent of Record for its dental and vision insurance plans covering roughly 150 full‑time employees. The vendor will manage enrollment through the ADP employee portal, transmit enrollment data to the carrier (currently Humana), serve as the primary liaison with the carrier, and provide ongoing advisory and administrative support, including procurement, renewal, and trend reporting. Compensation is structured as a 10 % commission on both dental and vision premium amounts, with existing premiums totaling about $16,900 annually. The contract is expected to run for approximately five years, with renewal cycles historically occurring every five years.
