Property Management Service for the CT Department of Administrative Services

The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services is seeking a property management service provider to manage properties located at 55 West Main Street, and 395 West Main Street, Waterbury, CT and 10 Franklin Square, New Britain, CT. The provider will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the properties, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements. The contract is estimated to be worth $11,500,000. • The provider must have experience in managing large commercial properties. • The provider must have a strong understanding of property management principles and practices. • The provider must be able to provide a comprehensive management plan that includes maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements. • The provider must be able to provide excellent customer service to the tenants and stakeholders. • The provider must be able to work collaboratively with the Department of Administrative Services and other stakeholders to ensure the successful management of the properties.
