The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified firm to serve as the sole on‑call provider for tree‑related services, including removal, stump grinding, and pruning, under a three‑year master agreement with possible renewal. The contractor must respond to emergency calls within 24 hours and non‑emergency tasks within 30 days, adhering to strict safety, utility‑protection, and environmental standards. Payments are task‑order based, with invoicing after satisfactory completion.
• Scope: Tree removal (incl. stump grinding), pruning, emergency response, and routine maintenance.
• Capacity: Ability to handle ~25 trees + stumps (≥ 20‑inch DBH) and prune 25 trees within a 30‑day window per task order.
