Description
The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide dining services for up to 27 Coast Guard personnel during unplanned drydock repairs. The contractor will be responsible for providing healthy, appetizing, and nutritious dining options, including 3 meals a day, and ensuring compliance with all specified standards and regulations. The period of performance runs from February 17, 2026 through April 3, 2026. The contractor will perform all work at dining facilities within a 5-mile radius of Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding in Sturgeon Bay, WI. Key requirements include:
• Providing a dining area that is used solely for the purpose of dining
• Meeting commercial standards, including a minimum of three stars for a Forbes Travel Guide rating or three diamonds for an American Automobile Association rating
• Providing a choice of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with varying options and accommodations for special requests
• Ensuring compliance with all specified standards and regulations, including the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act
