Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking a general contractor for the Riverwalk Channel Improvements: Staircase and Sidewalks project. The project involves the repair and rehabilitation of the River Walk infrastructure, including the construction of sidewalks, steps, ramps, retaining walls, handrails, and other work required for the completion of the project. The construction services will be delivered through a competitive sealed proposal method.
• The project consists of renovations of the Riverwalk and other work indicated in the contract documents.
• The applicable product categories include construction services trades, landscaping, cement, concrete, demolition services, paver block installation, and more.
• Respondents are required to submit written questions concerning the RFP to the Staff Contact Person until December 19, 2025.
• The City of San Antonio has restrictions on communications, and respondents are prohibited from contacting City officials and employees regarding the RFP or proposal from the time the RFP has been released until the contract is posted for consideration as an agenda item during a meeting designated as an A session.
