Description
The Jackson County Library District is seeking bids for the implementation of a pollinator garden at its Phoenix branch library. The project includes the implementation of a pollinator garden as designed by Arkitek Design & Architecture, with a completion date of June 30, 2026. The bid must include a base bid and may include additive alternatives. The bidder must demonstrate experience in landscape construction and maintenance, and must provide proof of insurance coverage and bonding.
• The project requires compliance with Oregon public contracting law requirements.
• The bidder must provide a Bidder's Proposal, which includes a cover letter, qualifications and experience, proposed approach and methodology, resumes of key personnel, cost sheet, and references.
• The bidder must also provide a Bid Security of not less than 5 percent of the submitted bid.
• The evaluation criteria include cost of services, demonstrated ability to perform the services, qualifications and experience, and quality and completeness of submitted materials.
