Description
The California High-Speed Rail Authority is seeking a contractor to provide executive recruitment services, including sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates for executive-level positions. The selected contractor will be required to provide a written report summarizing the results of the recruitment process and recommending highly qualified candidates. The contract will be for a period of three years, with a total dollar value not exceeding $500,000.
• The services required include executive recruitment, executive recruitment advertisement-only, and re-recruitment services.
• The contractor will be responsible for completing all executive recruitment service activities, including advertising, research and recruitment, candidate assistance, screening and evaluation process, and post selection support.
• The contractor will be required to provide a written report that summarizes the results of the recruitment process and recommends three to four highly qualified candidates.
• The contract will be awarded based on the combined technical proposal, cost proposal, and interview scores of proposers meeting minimum requirements.
• The authority reserves the right to modify or cancel the RFP if it is in the best interest of the authority to do so.
