RFP Fire House (2) Storm Damages Roof Bid 10-31-25

The City of Ferguson is seeking proposals for services for roof repair of the City of Ferguson Fire Department located at 10701 W. Florissant Ave (Fire House #2). The project includes replacing the roof, tearing out and replacing shingles, underlayments, vents, flashings, gutters, and downspouts. Interested and qualified companies should submit a detailed estimate including all materials, labor, and any associated fees as well as a total cost for the entire project. The key responsibilities of the contractor will include: • Replacing the roof • Tearing out and replacing shingles, composition, laminated/architectural • Removing and replacing ridge cap shingles • Removing and replacing drip edge, rake, aluminum, pre-finished color • Removing and replacing gutter apron, aluminum, pre-finished color, 5” • Removing and replacing step flashing, aluminum, mill finish • Removing and replacing flashing, pipe jack, plastic • Removing and replacing vent cap, furnace, galvanized 6” • Removing and replacing vent pipe flashing, furnace, galvanized, 6” The City of Ferguson will evaluate the submittals based on the detailed estimate and total cost for the entire project.
