Description
The Town of Acushnet seeks a licensed contractor to perform roof repair work on two municipal buildings – the Town Hall (approximately 1,000 sq ft flat roof) and the “Parting Ways” building (shingle roof around a chimney). The scope includes removal of existing roofing, installation of insulation, new PVC membrane, edge metal, roof vents, and chimney flashing repairs, as well as associated cleanup and disposal.
