Off-The-Lot Equipment, Parts and Services

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is seeking contractors to provide off-the-lot equipment, parts, and services. The contract has a one-year base term with option terms. The contractor will be required to provide equipment, parts, and services on an as-needed basis. The contractor must meet the minimum qualifications, including being the manufacturer of the equipment or an authorized dealer/distributor, having a capability statement, and having five years of relevant experience. The contractor will be required to provide pricing, including all-inclusive prices and percentage discounts, and to submit a certificate of insurance. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
