The Sesquicentennial Chapel HVAC Upgrades Project aims to replace the existing steam-based heating and partial air conditioning system with a gas-fired hot water boiler and heat pumps. The project includes removing existing steam-related equipment, installing new heating and air conditioning systems, and patching wall penetrations and ceiling hanger removals. The project also involves installing new LED light fixtures, running a new gas line, and setting a new gas meter.
