Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide UPS battery replacement and installation services at the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System – Seattle Campus. The purpose of this requirement is to replace and install UPS batteries, and the scope of work includes viewing the locations of equipment, the site itself, and the environment in which future services will be conducted.
• The contractor must be certified and registered as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) on the SBA database at the time of offer and award.
• A site visit is scheduled for January 13, 2026, and interested contractors are recommended to attend.
• Questions must be submitted via email to [email protected] by January 14, 2026, 14:00 PST.
• All offers/quotes must be submitted in a single email to [email protected] and received no later than January 19, 2026, 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
