Mid-Wilshire Medical Office Building Seismic and Program Improvements (BP10B - Signage)

The University of California, Los Angeles, is seeking bids for a signage subcontract as part of the Mid-Wilshire Medical Office Building Seismic and Program Improvements project. The project involves the installation of all signage related to the newly programmed TI spaces, including wayfinding, directional, regulatory, life safety, area/room identification, and stairwell signage, as well as an exterior monument sign. The estimated construction cost of this bid package is $250,000. • The project requires a C-45 License (Sign) for the successful bidder. • The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. • The successful bidder must pay all persons providing construction services and/or any labor on site no less than the UC Fair Wage ($15 per hour) and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local working condition requirements. • A mandatory pre-bid conference and job walk will be conducted on October 9th, 2025, and October 23rd, 2025.
