Description
The Board of Education of St. Mary's County on behalf of St. Mary's County Public Schools is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified vendors to provide a Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) for the provision of custodial and janitorial supplies school system wide. The contract will be for a period of one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
• The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary custodial and janitorial supplies.
• The vendor will be required to manage the inventory of supplies and ensure that they are delivered to the schools as needed.
• The vendor will be responsible for providing pricing for all supplies and services.
• The vendor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The vendor will be required to provide a list of references and to undergo a background check.
