Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive shop clothing, uniform, and linen services for its Mount Shasta Area Office. The contractor will measure staff, supply new and replacement uniforms, deliver weekly laundered protective clothing and linens, manage a container for soiled items, and handle inventory inspections—all on a one‑day‑per‑week schedule for a three‑year contract term.
• Provide initial uniform sets (jackets, shirts, trousers) with CHP branding and ongoing resizing/replacements at no cost to CHP.
• Deliver weekly clean linens, protective clothing, and related accessories (mats, rags, microfiber cloths) per Exhibit A quantities.
• Manage pickup, delivery, and documentation, maintain a container for soiled items, and assume liability for loss or damage.
• Comply with security clearance requirements, insurance mandates, and state‑wide General Terms and Conditions.
