Description
The U.S. Air Force is procuring a five‑year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for mortuary services to support Little Rock Air Force Base, AR. The contractor must provide licensed facilities, embalming, restoration, casket and urn supply, transportation of remains, and related administrative services in accordance with a detailed Performance Work Statement. All work must be performed within a 50‑mile radius of the base, with strict licensing, safety, and quality‑control requirements, and must comply with numerous FAR/DFARS clauses. The BPA has a total estimated ceiling of $250,000, with individual task orders capped at $25,000, and awards will be based on best‑value evaluation of price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
