The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑service janitorial cleaning for its Santa Cruz Area Office in Aptos, CA. The contract is awarded on a lowest‑responsive‑bid basis, with a mandatory site walk‑through and strict compliance requirements, including insurance, DIR registration, and potential small‑business/DVBE preferences. The work schedule is weekday, 8 a.m.‑5 p.m., with the State supplying cleaning consumables and the contractor supplying labor, equipment, and overhead.
