Combination Guarantee

The County of Butte is soliciting bids for a Combination Guarantee, or similar report, and companion address list for each parcel eligible to be sold at the online action of tax-defaulted properties. The report must include labor, material, equipment, taxes, fees, etc. to perform the search and provide a parcel report in an electronic format. The companion document containing names and addresses of the parties of interest is also required for mail merge purposes. The project must be completed by March 31st each year. Key points to consider: • The bid must include FOB Destination, with the seller paying all freight charges. • The bid prices should be stated in units specified, and the make or grade of the article for which a bid is submitted should be stated in the bid. • Payment terms of 2% 15, Net 30 will result in a two percent reduction in the bid price during bid evaluation. • The contract may be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. • The contractor is responsible for administering the program as described and for receiving, replying to, and complying with any audit of this project.
