The Traverse City Area Public Schools is seeking bids for the construction of a new 125,354 sf Fieldhouse. The project will be managed by Hallmark Construction, Inc. and the architect is TMP Architecture Inc. Bids are due on January 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. The owner intends to award contracts on or about March 10, 2026.
• The project consists of a new multi-purpose fieldhouse.
• Bid security in the amount of five percent of the base bid must accompany each proposal.
• Performance and payment bonds are required for work exceeding $50,000.
• Bidding documents are available online and at Traverse Reproduction in Traverse City.
• The owner and Hallmark Construction, Inc. reserve the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept any bid that serves their interests.
