The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to provide software, software installation, and additional components for the Siemens MAGNETOM VIDA/VIDA MRI System (3T) currently installed at the VA Tucson Healthcare System. The contractor must provide brand name or equal supplies that meet the salient characteristics specified in the solicitation. The contract will be for a period of one year, with a delivery timeframe of 30 days after receipt of order. The contractor must also comply with the Buy American Act and the Trade Agreement Act. Key requirements include: • Providing software and components that meet the salient characteristics specified in the solicitation • Complying with the Buy American Act and the Trade Agreement Act • Providing an Authorized Distributor Letter/Memo from the manufacturer • Including a Country of Origin for the items being offered • Verifying that the items are not Gray Market items • Indicating whether the items are manufactured by a small or large business • Listing all items on FSS contract if the vendor is an FSS contract holder
