The State of South Dakota (through the GFP entity) is seeking a lessor to provide eight (8) brand‑new 2027‑model snowmobiles for the Black Hills snowmobile trails program under a two‑year lease with a buy‑out option at lease end. The lease runs from November 1 2026 to June 30 2028, with two equal payments—one on receipt of the equipment and the second on November 1 2027.
