WTP ITB Support and Project Management

The City of Ashland is seeking a professional engineering consultant to provide ITB preparation support and project management services for a 7 million gallon per day water treatment plant. The consultant will review drawings and specifications, lead a constructability review, and provide project management support during construction and commissioning. The goal is to prepare a clear and constructable bid package and implement the project efficiently. Key responsibilities include reviewing project specifications and drawings, facilitating a constructability review, and managing the construction and commissioning of the project. The consultant should have experience in water treatment plant design and construction, and be able to provide a qualified project manager to oversee the project. • The project includes two phases: ITB preparation support and project management. • The consultant will review and comment on the ITB documents, including specifications and drawings. • The consultant will facilitate a constructability review to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement. • The consultant will provide project management support during construction and commissioning, including schedule oversight, document control, and cost tracking. • The consultant should have experience in water treatment plant design and construction, and be able to provide a qualified project manager to oversee the project.
