Description
The City of Osborne is seeking sealed bids for the complete rehabilitation of Runway 2/20 at Osborne Municipal Airport (K75). The work includes site preparation, milling of existing asphalt, crack repairs, installation of new asphalt pavement or thermoplastic coal‑tar micro‑surface, pavement markings, and earthwork topsoil, seeding, and mulching. Contractors must submit a bid guaranty of at least 5 % of the total bid and will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract amount. The project is funded in part by KDOT Aviation Funding and must comply with FAA Title VI civil‑rights provisions.
